Why do people call me Amano or Mano?
My elder brother called me Amano since I was seven (great memories), I like it a lot and started to use it since my online presence. Lately, my friends started to divert it to Mano which I like too.
Why do I love Friday?
I love Friday because it’s a special day, not just for me but for all Muslims too. The prayer where I listen to great lessons, meet friends and neighbors, special dinner. The city is almost off and the traffic is just amazing. Everybody hangs out at night.
Why I’m studying and working in Information Technology although I’m an undergraduate student in the faculty of Arts, the History dept.?
One word. “Egypt”.

I used to take 3 transportation methods in Cairo (Metro, Micro-bus, Taxi) depends on the distance, time, and my body physical status. Last Monday, Karim insisted we take the Mini-bus, and the story begins.
It was over-crowded, the people double the seats number. Everyone stares at you, direct in the eyes, at your clothes, even stare in your pocket when the phone rings. When someone need to pass you have to lean right and left, forward and backward to let him pass to the door, now women and girls starts to panic.
How can I let someone pass in this narrow passage between the seats without touching him/her it’s logic, they were looking to me as if I’m a criminal to do such thing .. Ah they are absolutely right, I should start my helicopter engines and fly around to avoid touching them. Bazinga!
That’s not everything, after sometime a seat became available so I headed to stay, but I found just half-the-seat, the guy beside me was sitting on both seats, also after I managed to sit on half-the-seat he started to share with me holding his bag on my left leg.
I wish I could ask him if he paid for a ticket or ticket and half. I forgot to mention how bad I feel when someone walk on my shoes as if it’s part from the passage.

I believe the word “Success” itself is the key of success. I keep telling myself “Success is coming, just few steps away”.
Believe me it has it’s positive effects.
Why I’m writing this post right now? I’m studying for my final exams, and I need much more motivation by now than the word “Success”. I may also say “Yes I can”, “You did great more than once”. And sometimes I just wanna hear it from a friend.
Once a wise man said: “Make the choice to succeed and then act as if you have no other choice.”
I wish the best of luck for anyone studying for exams .. Don’t forget to tell me how you do it, and always keep saying to motivate yourself.

That’s my second post in one week – a new record for me – but it’s very special, it’s about Wiki.
Wiki is my beautiful cat, he is only 4 months old. I can’t describe how he is really beautiful, very entertaining, everyone here at home loves him as if he is one of us, actually he is now one of us.
Mum chose his name, she called him after the largest encyclopedia in the word Wikipedia.org. Sure as a geek I love the name and we knew lately that his twin sister is called Piki, so it’s really funny both on the same scheme.
I’ll leave you now with some shots for him.
